Principal's Message
Welcome to Lillie C. Evans Elementary School, Home of the "Literary Lions." It is with professional pride that we welcome new students and parents to our school. To our returning families, it is a pleasure to have you back for another exciting school year. We are looking forward to continuing on our journey filled with wonderful experiences for everyone.
I am proud of the efforts put forth last year by teachers, students, parents, and the community. We were able to achieve a letter school grade of an "A" as designated by the Florida department of Education. Results on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) indicated improved performance in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, and Science. This year, the journey will take us to another school letter grade of an "A" and beyond, as we move closer to ensuring that all students meet their fullest potential.
Please review and retain the Parent/Student handbook as very important information about school policies and procedures is provided.
